Terrible experience with mobile claim, they don’t have any answer when claim will settled and keep lying very clearly on documents received by them. They took so many documents like I am applying for mortgage. They are just giving my money back nothing else as I have to pay it my claim passed by them £125 and rest I am paying £13 per month and I will get refurbished phone from them but for that I am already waiting for 11 days now and they are saying they still can’t give me time limit. Waste of money and time with lots of hassle and stress. Better you save money what you are paying month for insurance and add £125 which you have to pay for excess so you can buy same kind of phone and you will save money.
