Completely Useless - Don't trust them.

They said that for security purposes, they had to take a small amount from my card, after which they would send a code, which I could use to get a refund. They took £1, but no code ever arrived. Then I got a bill for the outstanding pound. I tried to pay it via a debit card, but it would not allow me to register the card. So I sent a BACs payment from another bank. This took four days to appear in my Jaja account. I filled in their on line complaints form about 5 days ago, but have not even received an acknowledgement. I would close my account, but from what I've heard, this is well-nigh impossible. They a rubbish. Reviewed on: 21st July 2021
