It took 58 minutes if waiting for me to speak with the mortgage team. Yesterday I tried their call back service. I received a text at 10:45am confirming someone will call me in about 60 minutes. I received a call at 12:00 I quickly clicked answer and put the phone against my ear, and said Hello, and the phone call was ended. Terrible customer experience. This is the last time I mortgage with them, in future I will be looking at other mortgage providers.
