I bought mce bike ins 2 weeks before my current bike ins ran out. My bike broke down the next day so I decided to cancel the mce ins which wasn’t due to start for 2 weeks. I was charged £50 because they said the policy had to start before I could cancel. They refunded me the balance minus £50 a few days later , a good week before the policy was due to start. Complete scam. Don’t ever use MCE !!!!
