Great Value Cover So easy To Set Up

Very easy to open an Account online and then very easy to contact someone directly if needed. Also the chance to win in their Members Free Draws and you are kept up to date with their Newsletters. It seems very easy and straightforward to get a loan at a very reasonable interest rate if needed too. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Excellent Customer Service

Always get to speak with a friendly voice whether it's to do with a claim, breakdown or negotiating a reduced Premium. I have been with Churchill for several years and the staff have always gone that 'little bit more' - calling me back when they had managed to reduce my Premium. I was also able to add my son to my Policy when he was under 25 and returned home for the holidays from Uni (a lot of the cheaper Companies won't insure under 25's). There may be slightly cheaper companies out there - but for me excellent customer service wins every time. Thank you Churchill! Reviewed on: 4th August 2016

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

I love Nationwide - I can transfer my money into my (adult) kids other Bank Accounts anytime 24/7 unlike my main Bank Account held with RBS where if I transfer money on a Saturday it isn't in the kids Accounts until Monday! Nationwide's staff whether in Branch or on the phone will always help to resolve any problem quickly and fairly. And if they say that they will call you back - they do!
