Give them a try. I was impressed. Would be useful for many people but unfortunately not for me due to my special circumstances.

I have banked with them from the start and they were excellent. They now have a new boss and customer service is appalling. Long waits to speak to someone who then does nothing to resolve problem. They want to compete with new internet banks but their IT is not good enough. They no longer want to speak to customers because it is too expensive but that is what made them so good.
