sent my phone to be fixed under a warranty with the people covercloud use only for them to damage my phone and then charge me money to have the phone sent back to them. Trying to state my phone had been damaged in transit which it wasnt and was proven, and i have accidental damage, so if the phone was damaged obviously i would have taken that route and not the warranty process, they have not been helpful at all i am now taking SBS (whom covercloud pass your claim on to) to the obudsman as ive been treated unfairly and they DAMAGED my phone. Also sent me a renewal via email, didnt send it 30 days before renewal - as i have kept all emails and didnt inform me of the changes to the cover now have upted the excess to 75 and have lowered the insurance monthly direct debit. I would have liked to have been informed of this before auto renewal which i was not. NOT using this company anymore as they only care about the money and NOT what SBS do to the phone.
