I know I need to read their share reports - not HL's fault that I'm lax there.
Regret never received a reward* e.g. for introducing a valued client (now deceased) earlier this century - neither financial nor even a pen set.
*Excluding loyalty bonus(es).

Earlier this year I purchased a New to Me baby Peugeot. It took me some 16 weeks to find a competitive insurer. Should have contacted By Miles much sooner because it was they who covered my Rover 75 (and considerably cheaper than classic insurance as such).
Although I've been with a classic insurer for my Saab for most of this century, I wouldn't bet against By Miles quoting a better deal for its policy renewal later.
