Very poor customer service when a deal does not go simply. Emails are not answered or if they are they are answered, they will simply say they will let you know later, which they never do. If you phone, again they will not answer your question and say they will call back, which they never do. Even if you write to the founder personally he does not respond. All this points to a contemptable approach to investors, they are eager to take your money but then refuse to answer any questions about where it is and when you will get it back. I no longer use them as an investment vehicle as I have lost trust.
