The customer service is fantastic. Whenever I have a query or need some help, the people on the other end of the phone are delightful. Not sure how Halifax compare to other banks for interest rates etc, but I'm not even contemplating changing banks anytime soon.

Quick and easy to get cover and well priced on top of that, which is appreciated as a learner driver trying to save up for a car etc.
