I've just into my fourth year with Petplan and I have had the unfortunate circumstances in which I've had to claim for my precious boy. However Petplan have been absolutely fantastic, the reassurance that they assist me in ensuring he has the best care possible is a huge weight off my shoulders, customer service is also fantastic and I've never had any issues with claims - long may that continue! I recommend Petplan to family and friends and I'd never go elsewhere. I cringe for those who choose to use other companies, because 9 times out of 10, they tell me about their poor experiences! Thank you Petplan, you certainly make mine and Charlie's lives a lot easier - please keep up the positive and reassuring good work!!
