Petplan have made a stressful experience much less daunting knowing they were there to allow my lovely doggy to get the operation he needed to make him better after an accident. They were straightforward to deal with and quick in dealing with our claim, i highly recommend them and they even offer free 4 week's insurance to pups and kittens should new pet owners need it, 5***
