All I did was change my phone then my account was blocked! No telephone number to be able to talk to someone just emails which say wait for contact from our compliance team! Not heard a word from the compliance team tried Facebook Twitter to no avail so I will be reporting Monese to the financial ombudsman this is not a way to run an online bank total scam!
