Every time I have rung, I get through right away. The people are friendly and easy to talk to. Only issue as with all car insurance companies is the renewal quotes are ridiculous. However when you try as a new customer it's always so much cheaper. Other than that I've never had an issue with them.

The cycle plan insurance is easy to set up. Prices are very reasonable and the coverage is outstanding. Have already recommended to a lot of people.
