Solid format and procedures for on-line banking and a very good experience of telephone banking. Blue rewards is a faff but a necessary evil for the competitive Rainy Day Saver. Some good ISA offers but transfers in currently disappointlingly slow.

Opening communication is good. I would most like improved MCB giving more notice of options when a bond is maturing. I have experienced as little as no notice and, at best just a few days notice.
