I have recently taken over a small businessnand have spent literally hours on the phone trying to sort out online banking, duel authorization, telephone banking and problems with the mandate. I have been in branch too and nobody is very helpful. Hours on hold calling their helpline to then get little help at the end!

I have been with natwest since i was 14 (i am 28 now ) and have never had a problem. I recently opened up a savers account with my online banking app and it was so easy. Its helped me to save as i am terrible with my money! Its easy to transfer and move money around :)
