High interest charged everyday if in overdraft-unlike the old standard charge etc. Would not increase overdraft , though have been with them for years. All that is really pleasant is the black horse pictures and memories of an old account number!

Charging everyday for overdraft has become expensive and not cost effective. No special perks from them, all though having been with them for a number of years.

No special rates or facilities here, just a reduced overdraft since Lloyds dropped it's TSB partner. High tariff just for being slightly overdrawn (£6) and high interest rates. One feels they are getting their money back form bad loans and a recession started overseas...disgusting. Customer Service is OK and I like the new quick deposit machines.All very average however otherwise.
