I recommend you look elsewhere. A driver drove into the back of my car on the M11. The driver admitted liability which I recorded. The two lorries that who witnessed the incident gave me their contact nos. to pass to my insurance company, which I did that same day. To cut a long story short Halifax said the driver said I was driving without due care and that the lorry drivers said the same. I called both drivers while I had Halifax listening in on my mobile, and guess what the drivers said they never received a call from Halifax! Well that was sorted or so I thought. I was in the middle of my contact and when it came time for renewal I was quoted £2000! Why for a car accident that wasn't my fault and a lazy employee at Halifax insurance who didn't update on the database.
