Superb Company & Customer Service

Second year running used AllClear. 2016 and 2017. Last year it was with them via payingtoomuch.com. This year they said too many conditions & couldn't offer cover although absolutely nothing had changed since last year so I contacted AllClear directly. They had all my policy details from last year immediately to hand . Well trained, friendly efficient staff. I am 72 with pre existing medical conditions and not been abroad since 1975 until 2016. Was about to give up trying to get cover last year & cancel holiday - companies either didn't want to know or quoted the most outlandish premiums after never ending questions requiring explicit dates and details even for things 20, 30 years ago , all completely historical and totally irrelevant . What a refreshing change to deal with AllClear. Very professional, friendly, straight to the point, thorough and concise. Concentrated on Active conditions - not for example an isolated kidney stone from 42 years ago ! This year AllClear alerted me to the fact they had a new policy - fantastic premium due to reduced cover for baggage and belongings - so sensible and absolutely ideal for 'normal travellers' who do not have suitcases full of expensive jewellery, Armani clothes and Louboutin shoes ! The important cover, in particular medical cover and repatriation not reduced or compromised in any way however. That's what I call common sense. Last year I was seeking annual cover and payingtoomuch.com alerted me to the fact would be much cheaper to insure single trips if only intending to visit Europe less than 3 times in 12 months.
