Terrible customer service

I'm based in Ireland and the solution barclays had when they Accidentally closed our online banking was every time i needed to use our account to get on a plane and do it in person. Customer service was absolutely useless. For two months we've been without access and have basically told tough luck, we dont have a department that is designed to fix your specific problem - even though they admitted it was their fault.
