In brief, I have been beside the A303 for nearly 2 hours. I won't go through the various twists and turns with Direct Line - the summary is total and utter incompetence. I have been told I am likely to have a total WAIT OF 3.5 HOURS before I get picked up. And,no, this is not a bank holiday.....
