Extremely unhappy their business model is a complete scam they charged me £51.83 just to change the address and I only moved less then a mile from my previous address the total policy was for £190 so that's more or less 25% for the total amount and when I asked to cancel the policy they can only give a refund of £24 as per whatever calculation that senior manager did over the phone with me I've been using them for 8 year never made any claims spoke to them a few times only for renewal etc but an existing customer of 8 years has been treated like this or probably they are the scammers from the start but I just didn't experience it in all those years. I wonder how come UK government have legally allowed them to have such fraudulent business policies. I will never buy from them again never again.
