Dreadful customer service, never call back as promised, long waiting in queues and then transferred to other departments that never resolve your problem. Still waiting for my windscreen to be repaired after 3 weeks and numerous calls and hours wasted with poor response from AXA. Quick to take your money but SLOW to provide any customer service. I will never use Axa again despite being a loyal customer for 3 yrs.
