I have their instant saver account and also previously fixed saver. It has been fine until the recent technical issues with their app. I was unable to withdraw my money for 11+ days (not even manually through the phone), during which I've contacted them numerously times, it only got resolved after I made a complaint. They did not admit their mistakes and said it was due to a regular audit check, despite their agents previously told me it's a technical issue they were having. And I know my sister was also having the same issue.
Very disappointed in how Atom treated my case. I had recommended them to my families and friends before, but now I have to warn them to withdraw their money and not use them anymore!
