Four times now I have been locked out of my business account apparently due to incorrect input of my log in details even though I check them 3 times before I input them because of frequent lock outs, I can't even pass the security questions over the phone with all by bank statements in front of me ..!! Santander makes me furious.. . It takes a week to reset the account to get back in which in this age is just pathetic .. . . stay away from Santander they suck
