My downstairs front room ceiling collapsed, I contacted Admiral immediately and explained what had happened and I got several quotes, Admiral did phone me one day to say that they were going to fund my collapsed ceiling and asked me for my bank details and transferred the money to my account there and then, I was pleased that it was sorted out.

I hope that I never need to make a claim against my home insurance, you always need insurance for the unforeseen, but I do hope that I never ever need to make a claim.
