Always great customer service when I visit the bank, always happy to help whenever they can, the internet banking is easy to use, got free cinema tickets from them which was great, only problems I've ever had were with isas but they sorted it out for me very quickly. Lloyds had been a great bank, would recommend.

Always very easy to navigate the website, great service, never had any problems, very happy with the price of cover, helpful in renewing cover each year
