Didn't pursue other party for payment when they were at fault

Traffic collision and the other party drove off without stopping. Went to the police to get details with registration plate. Insurer didn't continue to pursue the other party and the other party denied all knowledge of the event. Didn't get a penny and my car was written off.

Needed a new card as details were stolen. But this flagged as fraudulent activity and no money was stolen. Great client protection and a new card was sent straight away
