Super simple online form. You can go backwards and forwards between items easily to make adjustments, making it totally stress-free to get the exact kind of cover you need. I have previously had insurance for a road bike, which was too valuable to be included in normal home-cover, and on the phone the staff are really helpful too. They understand the needs of students - living in shared houses, the extreme necessity/value of your laptop - and they really know what they are talking about. So, so grateful to the friend who recommended them to me!!
