I renewed my multi-car policy and changed my payment card details at the same time. When it came to the renewal date, the premium was taken from my previous card details so I called Admiral, they refunded the premium and said they would call me in 2 weeks to make sure I had got the refund and to take my payment. Except that 2 weeks later their automated system took the premium - again from the previous card details! This time they refused to refund the payment as their accounts department wasn't open (and wouldn't leave them a message to correct their mistake) and said I had to tell my bank to refuse the payment! I saved money on my car insurance but not my bank balance!

The peace of mind wedding insurance provides meant that I was determined to be covered. Dreamsaver has meant that I can have this security for a reasonable cost, with the level of cover I hopefully won't need!
