I switched off auto renewal and still received a timely reminder. I used a comparison website and One Call offered the best cover/value for money policy. This price was a little different to the one I received in a renewal email.
I called One Call to check the best price available, and despite me asking to renew, the agent reviewed the price, reduced it, and reduced the payment plan interest. She said, based on my renewing for a 2nd year. OUTSTANDING!
