Pockit account closed money not returned to source

Hello Thomas Moloney ‪119534319‬ I have had my pockit account restricted for over 6 weeks and been waiting over 5 weeks for a response from pockit regarding my account, as its still restricted, The stress of my account being restricted and not being able to access any of my dwp payments has really affected me I am unable to pay my rent or buy food to support myself this has been going on for over 6 weeks, I receive a email 6 weeks later last Friday stating they have closed my account and said they have returned my funds to the source but after speaking to the DWP my money hasn't been returned its been 7 days since the email so I don't know where my money has gone, this is causing me so many issues with my mental health and money problems, I am know now in rent arrears and struggling to eat because they have kept hold of my sick benefits payments and housing benefit.
