Service is carried out at a a personal level over the phone to help make sure my savings are correctly attributed. Also, always very friendly when the call. They exude confidence that they know wahat they are doing and are striving to do it right.

Have been with the Co-op for 50 years and have always found them to be honest, fair and reliable. On the odd occasion when there has been a problem they have always been quick to resolve it to my satisfaction.
You always know where you are with the co-op.
