Cannot read or update their systems correctly. Now in debt because of their poor communication skills!

Experience of making a claim has been appalling. They seem incapable of reading and understanding basic English. From incorrectly updating my records from my initial claim form to failing to notice details that may have invalidated my claim. They have given me information that has led me to continue with treatment but are now refusing to continue with the clsim, without money I do not have. Don't touch them with a very long barge pole.
