over 6 replacement phones sent and still not been sent an acceptable replacement. Also raised the price and reduced the benefits

Mobile phone cover, travel insurance, interest on balances put 2500, fee free overdraft and access to flexclusive savings (better interest rates). The customer services is amazing the benefits of the account for just £13 a month are great I had to upgrade travel insurance due to pre existing condition but was only £30 for the year so really good value for money and free cash withdrawals abroad!

The travel insurance and free withdrawals abroad alone make this account worth it but free mobile phone cover and interest is a bonus!
