I have used Kent Reliance for my buy to let Mortgage and had nothing but false promises from staff and supervisors
All i have asked for is a statement of interest oct 15 to may 16 when my Mortgage finished and they cant even complete that task
Absolutely hopeless ,they even charged me for the privilege
Have now made 30 calls over 4 weeks and given up now Soooo frustrating
Use this company and get nothing but trouble and lies
