Had a genuinely great experience with photoguard. After reading a few sceptical reviews I was worried it would take a while to process and many phone calls. The process took one phone call and 2 emails, within 3 days I have been sent a BACS transfer for the amount to repair (minus excess). Staff have been really professional and prompt, couldn't have asked for more. Reviewed on: 14th September 2017
