I have a student account with Santander and I love it. I have a £1500 free over draft limit which suits me so well and get a free railcard for 4 years which is so handy as I live near London for uni. Recommend for any new student needing a student account.

I've been driving for just over 2 years and as a new driver my car insurance is a pain to get as it costs so much. Aviva however offered me a great deal with a no claims bonus that suited me, who is a full time student as well, very well. I'd recommend this insurance company especially for car insurance as it overs cheap and reliable cover.

Best price I found for student contents insurance! Covers all my belongings and over me a great deal when I tell friends about it. I'd definitely recommend to any student as it also offers to cover my uni work if anything happens to it!
