Customer service is very professional, but as is usually the case with large organisations, getting through to somebody can take a very long time. Shame.

I found it tricky getting a credit card due to a bad credit rating, but Cashplus made the whole experience very straightforward; I had the whole thing set up within a couple of days. Never had any problems with the running of my account. I had to contact customer services once to have an online purchase verified — done within seconds. Absolutely no problems here.

First-class website: can view policies online and download documents if necessary. Phone support was excellent - English-speaking and very helpful. AAAA++++
