Appalling service

Needed to get through to HSBC business banking 1st and 2nd time on hold for over an hour with some irritating voice coming up every 20 seconds telling you thanks for waiting, third time I had an option of a ring back., they did phone back then after a few words the phone cuts of , phoned again fourth time on hold 57 minutes till I hung up Reviewed on: 12th October 2021
