A disorganised mess

Mostly awful. The app is hard to use. Getting through to the bank takes ages every time. Most departments don’t know where their responsibility ends and another begins. Each department doesn’t know what other departments do. Mostly the staff are lovely though and doing their best. I am now resorting to capitals. AT THE MOMENT I’M TRYING TO CLOSE MY BANK ACCOUNT AND THEY HAVEN’T CLOSED IT IN SIX WEEKS. APPARENTLY THERE’S A QUEUE. NEITHER HAVE THEY SENT ME THE THOUSANDS OF POUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT THAT I NEED TO PAY FOR THINGS. NEITHER WILL ANYONE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS AND THEY CAN’T CALL ME BACK AS THEY DON’T MAKE OUTGOING PHONE CALLS Seriously hopeless. Avoid. Reviewed on: 18th October 2021
