I have been waiting three weeks since reporting a accident to Halifax car insurance and I am still no nearer getting the repair done. The accident wasn't my fault and the other party admitted responsibility so there is no problem there. I have not had any update as to what is happening. I wouldn't use Halifax insurance again and would advise against anyone taking insurance with them, they are really terrible.
