Over a month to attended and deal with an unsafe urgent claim. Never call back as promised. Having to constantly repeat ourselves. Again my wife has called you four times today. She works in a busy hospital and does not have the time to waste chasing this useless company. And again today another promised call did not happen. The ombudsman will have to be involved now. We are left with a hole in our floor. My advise. Keep away from this company.
