Rentguard pass the claim to loss adjuster Questgate, then the game begins. The object of the game is to feign being helpful, whilst all the time ignoring the claim. Questgate doesn't make contact, Rentguard then wi po es its hands on responsibility.. It claims you have to deal with the loss adjuster. But how do you deal with a lost adjuster?
It seems like a scam.
