Vitality wont cover you for practically anything. if you have ever had a symptom before the plan they wont cover, even if its not related. They have tried to say something is related even though it is totally different. They said they would make a decision in 3 days... 8 weeks later and still waiting. I have called 4 times in the last 2 weeks and i'm told somebody will ring back by 6.30 but they never get back to me. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
