Good fixed term rates but continues to appear to have an IT problem

We tried to transfer a part deposit online from an Instant Access account to a Fixed Term rate they had released earlier in the month. Our account is joint and we both have separate logins. The first account holder tried 3 times and then was blocked and the 2nd account holder tried once and was rejected. We eventually got them to allow us access to our savings but had to change password and adjust settings on our own computer. This request caused us concern given the depositors potential liability and loss of fraudulent claims. We have requested details of their external independent Auditors so we can bring this to their attention. This to date has not been forthcoming. Reviewed on: 4th November 2021
