Having had a credit card with post office for years, I automatically got a jaja card. My credit limit was good and I used the card for small purchases. The app seemed easy to use but unfortunately when I used it to pay off my balance, it worked fine or so I thought. It actually did not process my payments. This happened on three separate occasions and I was therefore charged for late payment. The paper credit card statement also showed details of the account to payoff my balance which also isn’t the actual account number to pay off your balance. In the end I called customer services and paid off my balance and closed my account. There are far better credit card providers out there in my experience. Reviewed on: 6th November 2021
