Absolute waste of money - the policy covers very little, if you are not in a specific category or situation they do not want to know. They rejected a claim for the wrong reasons but then rejected the claim for another reason. I would never use them again - to be honest if I did not have to post letters I would not use any of their services again

I would never use this product again, I have tried to claim for missing items to no avail. The list of reasons to not want to pay is unbelievable. I was told they would not pay as I did not read the T&C. The exemption was listed once on page 39 of a 52 page document. Awful service, will never use again
