Used to be a good lender, but is a complete mess in nowadays.. We buying properties heavily as a business so like 3-5 diff applications at the same time.. Precise outsourced their offices abroad I believe so as customer support no longer able to understand nor speak properly :) Whole process is superb slow.. I mean - even my broker told me- we should turn away from Precise.. None of our complains so far was resolved.. There is much better and safer lenders in nowadays, stay away from Precise!
