I decided to try this company when my new dog arrived. I found the log-in simple and self explanatory and, once I had created Misty's account, it is easy to follow their instructions & advice whether asking for general information or placing a claim. Lovely folk on the end of the phone too! Excellent company which meets our needs, it's ideal for Misty and me.
